The Staff

The staff at Restaurant SALA is a comprised of several family members.
In the Kitchen, Miquel Marquez is the head chef but Ino, Miquel’s nephew, Pere, his son-in-law, and his two daughters Maria and Isabel; the one who takes care of the sweetest part of the menu.
In the dining room you will be accompanied by Ramon and Montserrat, brother and sister, and Dolors who has been among us for a long time.
